This documentary follows the inspiring work of the , a volunteer-run blood biking group providing a 24/7 service across the West Midlands. Transporting vital medical supplies such as blood, breast milk, chemotherapy drugs, medication, pathology samples, and medical equipment, the group plays a crucial role in supporting the NHS and helping save lives. 

Through the voices of riders, coordinators, and fundraisers, the film highlights the compassion and dedication behind this selfless community. Inspired by the director’s personal connection to the organisation through their father’s volunteering, the documentary aims to shine a light on these unsung heroes and raise awareness of the life-saving impact blood biking has on both hospitals and the wider community.
